Fashion Group International hosts the 2009 Scholarship Awards for graduating high school students with continued education in the fashion industry.  This year there were four (4) finalists seeking the top prize.  The ceremony was held at Bloomingdales at White Flint Mall in Kensington, MD.  The image above features the powerhouse of the Washington, DC chapter of Fashion Group International with Myss, Henry, and Tara displayed from left to right.  Click the image to view the highlights from this event.
